Shipping and refund steps
Domestic and international shipping options are listed at checkout. Refunds return to the original payment method once a return is received and inspected.
Refund timelines begin after the returned item is approved. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Domestic shipping
Standard delivery within Georgia. Estimated timing and cost are shown before you place your order.
International shipping
Cross-border delivery is available to selected destinations. Duties and taxes may apply on arrival.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment tender in the currency of the order, GEL or USD.
Return conditions
Condition and packaging
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. Keep garments in their original packaging where possible.
Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box, undamaged and without visible wear on the soles. Please check the return window stated on your order confirmation before sending an item back.
